Its been a while since I posted.  We have been busy, Marnie has grown to be a happy healthy strong dog.  Last summer we enrolled in Kays class  (KAYS SOCIALIZATION)  -OUT AND ABOUT . It was a group of about 6-8 dogs.  We walk the big malls and mill around through stores and pass all the hub bub. The dogs really learn how to just hang out-it was so fun. We do focus exercises and at the end we have lunch at an out door restaurant in the shopping area.

Last winter we completed a 6 week course on AKC tracking with the Sacramento Dog Training Club.


Yeay Marnie passed her Tracking class! here is a pic of the proud girl with her pink harness and tracking line. We had a blind track, meaning we didn't see it get layed- 30 mins old, 2 right angle turns left and right, and an obtuse (45 deg ) turn, got to the article and promptly laid down. yeay. Thanks Meg and Sue for a super class!
Up next- we are in a new series of out and about, first class last sunday ( Mar 1). We walked all around the "Fountains" at Roseville and sat in front of Whole Foods
